How you'll make a difference as an Early Years Educator
* Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS, supporting and meeting each child’s unique needs
* Work supportively and collaboratively with your team to create a caring, playful environment for every child
* Build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication
What an Early Years Educator needs
* At least Level 2 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification
* A strong understanding of the EYFS
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
* Enhanced DBS check required – all staff must hold a DBS certificate and complete safeguarding training
