The successful candidate must ideally have 1 years' previous experience as a Sales Negotiator. Candidates must be a UK Resident. No driving licence required! Benefits: Basic £28,000 - £30,000 DOE OTE £55,000 - £65,000 12.5% individual commission Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Saturdays only for appointments as and when required No driving licence required for this role Responsibilities: Handling any sales enquires & making own viewings Organising your own daily diary Using the internal systems correctly Ensuring the correct information is applied to the property details Attending with the Sales manager to all Sales valuations Completion of all related regulatory and legal paperwork with all vendors & purchasers.
