We’re looking for graduates who are passionate about entrepreneurship, commercial growth and client relationships. You’ll be trained across sales strategy, account management, operational delivery and leadership, gaining the commercial awareness and negotiation skills employers value. What you’ll do
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities across local and regional markets
* Build and manage client relationships to drive retention and commercial growth
* Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
* Support operational projects, performance tracking and reporting
* Learn leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation through on-the-job responsibility
Who this role is for
* Recent graduates (within last 3 years) or equivalent experience keen to start immediately
* Ideally resident in Birmingham, Solihull, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Walsall or nearby West Midlands areas
* Strong communicator with commercial curiosity, resilience and a proactive mindset
* Interest in entrepreneurship, small business growth, sales and strategy
* Ambitious, organised and motivated to progress into management or found a business in future
