We’re looking for a Survey Administrative Assistant to join our International Department in Sidcup. In this role, you’ll help keep things running smoothly by supporting the team with survey management and administrative tasks. You’ll be part of a collaborative and friendly environment where your work will make a real difference. How you'll make an impact You’ll play a key role in supporting the International Department. From registering new cases and managing the main mailbox to preparing documents and invoices, your organisational skills will help the team stay on track. You’ll also work closely with overseas subcontractors, ensuring surveys are managed efficiently and client systems are up to date. Here’s what you’ll do: Register new cases using cloud-based and in-house systems. Organise and manage digital files and the main mailbox. Prepare documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Issue invoices and maintain account records. Assist with sales of distressed cargoes for clients. Build strong relationships with clients and vendors. About You Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: You’re organised and can manage multiple tasks at once. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You’re a great communicator and enjoy working with others. You’re proactive and can work on your own initiative. You’re flexible and ready to adapt to new challenges.
