What You'll be doing
Use data analysis techniques to investigate, validate, and enhance complex actuarial models.
Analyse and assess complex calculations for clients, delivering clear, actionable solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement changes-whether regulatory, client-driven, or corrective.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
Support the operations team by responding to calculation-related customer queries, recalculating values, and correcting policy errors when needed.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years' experience in actuarial roles, ideally within the Life and Pensions sector.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
Proven leadership experience and the ability to guide and support teams.
Experience in outsourced servicing and client quote management.
Exceptional analytical skills, with confidence in handling large datasets under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, modelling, and automation a plus).
