House Clearance Assistant Manager

Job details
We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to support the House Clearance team, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
* Assist the House Clearance Manager with the day-to-day operations of St Helena’s House Clearance service.
* Cover the House Clearance Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
* Assess all House Clearances to ensure correct quoting and compliance with Health & Safety requirements in the absence of the Manager.
* Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of stock and donated goods collected through House Clearance.
* Maximise income from stock and service charges.
* Support the Warehouse team in processes, storage, and allocation of stock for retail outlets.
* Help plan and lead logistics to ensure House Clearance obligations are met timely and cost-effectively.
* Capitalize on current retail trends.

£24,015.75 per annum
