About The Role
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be an integral part of the operational team, ensuring that production schedules are met. This role is crucial in ensuring Heinekens Production, Packaging, and Utilities assets operate reliably, efficiently, and in full compliance with both regulatory and company standards. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance plans, supporting compliance and budget control, and driving continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Developing and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance plans that align with performance targets and statutory requirements (e.g. LEV, LOLAR, Legionella, PSSR).
* Creating and communicating weekly and annual maintenance schedules based on production needs, incorporating unplanned events and corrective work where necessary.
* Monitoring and reporting repair and maintenance costs against budget, highlighting risks and opportunities to Maintenance Managers.
* Tracking and reporting KPIs such as Asset Care Day effectiveness and CMMS (SAP) usage to support operational performance and audits.
* Collaborating with managers and engineers to resolve maintenance planning obstacles and ensure effective execution.
* Optimising spare parts and repairable stock management, working with other Heineken sites to reduce inventory costs.
* Supporting TPM deployment and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, AM (steps 03), RCFA, and Kaizen, within the Utilities team.
What are we looking for?
Were Looking For a Technically Skilled Person Who Has The Drive To Match And Likes Problem-solving. The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* An engineer with a recognised qualification such as an apprenticeship, HNC/HND or degree (within engineering) ideally with a formal safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH).
* 34 years' experience using CMMS (preferably SAP PM) in an engineering or FMCG environment.
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Prior exposure to process/packaging operations and execution of continuous improvement methods such as LEAN, TPM or general CI Methodologies
