Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 3pm-12am - NIGHT SHIFT
Our client are looking to recruit Spanish Speaking (Latin American) Customer Service Agents for their exciting new campaign. This is an ongoing temporary role, working from home, full time.
Responsibilities
* Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
* Answering email and calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
* To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format
* To liaise with customers as part of the project co-ordination processes
* Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
