The Role
This is a varied, hands-on Sales Support role that blends account management, commercial administration, and business development research. Working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers, nurturing relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
It’s ideal for someone who thrives on variety- balancing day-to-day customer support with proactive projects that drive growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing quotes, updates, and product information.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts — the “farmer” approach rather than cold new business.
* Supporting sales processes from enquiry through to order completion.
* Assisting with CRM management- keeping records accurate and up to date.
* Conducting market mapping and competitor research to identify new prospects and product opportunities.
* Liaising with purchasing, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Preparing sales reports and performance updates for management.
About You
You’re commercially minded, personable, and highly organised- someone who enjoys keeping customers happy while spotting ways to add value. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and confident building rapport both over the phone and face to face.

* Experience in sales support, account management, or commercial administration.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Good working knowledge of CRM systems and Excel.
* A collaborative approach- happy working across sales, marketing, and operations.
