As Spa Host you will be a part of our award winning spa team. Your job will be to ensure all spa guests are consistently treated to an impeccable customer service experience and that in a professional, friendly and person-centred manner approach

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests, ensuring that the service offered is personal and memorable. Anticipate guests' needs, follow up requests and proactively solve problems. Build relationships with guests, ensuring that they want to return to Spa Wynyard Hall.
* Answer phone enquiries, and convert reservations enquiries into bookings when a member of the reservations team is not available. Ensure that current offers are explained to people making enquiries.
* Show all guests through to the changing facilities helping with any bags they may have. Provide them with their locker keys and provide the guest with the relevant information
* Share your knowledge with the spa guests whilst giving guests tours around of the spa facilities and what we have to offer.

* Ensure changing rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
* Empty laundry bins, taking up to laundry to be washed and bring back down any clean laundry to fill up the lockers with everything the guest needs.
* and the products inside of the showers.
* Preparing the Spa conservatory, by setting up the tables ready for the service that day.
* Make sure the spa area floor is kept clean and tidy, all Jugs of water kept filled throughout the day, dirty glasses cleaned and replenished.
* Resolve and communicate back on any comments or complaints. Pass on to Spa manager or Assistant spa manager.
