We are seeking a proactive Pastoral Support Assistant with strong communication skills to support our students daily. Collaborating with Achievement Leaders and the Inclusion Manager, you will foster positive learning attitudes and inclusion, liaise with parents and staff, and perform duties to support students' social, emotional, and academic needs. The role is linked to key year groups but offers opportunities to work across the school. (Please see attached information.)
This enhanced role is suitable for candidates with recent, direct experience working with young people in an educational setting. Working hours are 8.30am-4.30pm (4pm on Fridays) with a 30-minute lunch break.
