Logistics ManagerCanary Wharf, LondonMonday to Friday | 40 HoursAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics Manager to join a flagship hospitality operation within one of London's most prestigious workplace environments.Based in a beautifully refurbished corporate headquarters in Canary Wharf, this is a fast-paced, high-volume operation delivering premium hospitality across multiple dining spaces, cafés, events, meeting rooms and hospitality suites. The environment is modern, digitally enabled and driven by exceptionally high standards of service, quality and operational excellence.We are looking for a proactive and highly organised leader who can oversee all back-of-house logistics operations, ensuring the seamless movement of stock, equipment and supplies across the site while maintaining outstanding standards of compliance, safety and efficiency.The RoleAs Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in the daily success of the operation, leading all back-of-house and logistics functions across the site.Key responsibilities include:Managing all inbound and outbound deliveries across the operationOverseeing loading bays, storage areas, waste management and service corridorsEnsuring accurate goods receiving, stock movement and storage proceduresMaintaining excellent standards across dry, chilled, frozen and non-food storage areasDriving compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP and COSHH proceduresLeading and developing back-of-house teams including logistics operatives, porters and supervisorsSupporting hospitality, events and service delivery across multiple outletsImproving operational efficiency, labour productivity and waste reduction initiativesBuilding strong working relationships across culinary, hospitality and facilities teamsAbout YouWe are looking for someone who brings energy, structure and leadership to a demanding and rewarding environment.Experience within hospitality operations, logistics or back-of-house leadershipA proven ability to lead teams within fast-paced, high-volume environmentsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of food safety, compliance and operational controlsExperience managing labour deployment and operational efficiencyA hands-on approach with strong attention to detailConfidence working with digital systems and operational technologyA calm and professional approach under pressureWhy Join?This is a rare opportunity to join a premium hospitality environment recognised for innovation, operational excellence and high standards.
