As our new Property Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload of new build purchase and related sale matters, including leasehold and shared ownership transactions, and meet individual targets along with business KPIs and SLAs.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of new build purchase matters and related sale matters, including leasehold and shared ownership transactions.
* Ensure achievement of individual targets and compliance with business KPIs and SLAs.
* Provide high-quality conveyancing services with a focus on client outcomes and timely delivery.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with experience in property law, specifically new build transactions.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines with excellent communication skills.
* Experience with leasehold and shared ownership transactions is desirable.
