Who you'll support You'll join a stable, experienced team supporting six adults (five gentlemen and one lady) in their 20s-30s with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex needs. Families are closely involved, and strong partnership working is central to the support. Their interests include: - Sensory activities, hydrotherapy and water play - Community trips to Apex motocross, train stations, and church - Music, nursery rhymes, and story time - Creative projects such as painting and woodwork - Playful, silly interactions and gentle role play Most individuals use wheelchairs and hoists, so confidence with manual handling is helpful.
