As we establish our new manufacturing facility, we’re looking for a hands-on Site Production Supervisor to help shape our production environment, lead our teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
The Role
You will play a key part in setting up and supporting day-to-day production at our new site, working closely with Team Leaders and operators to build capability and deliver high-quality output. You’ll also help introduce new manufacturing processes, strengthen safety and quality standards, and act as deputy to the Production Manager when required.

* Lead by example on Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with risk assessments and permits (including hot works and brazing).
* Coach and develop Team Leaders and operators to build competence and engagement.
* Maintain high standards of quality and documentation in line with ISO 9001 and 45001.
* Drive continuous improvement through 5S, Lean, and process optimisation.
* Deputise for the Production Manager, managing priorities and performance as needed.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a strong practical background in manufacturing leadership, ideally from a mechanical, metalworking, or assembly environment. You’ll thrive in a hands-on role, balancing people leadership with process development, and be comfortable working in a growing, evolving operation.
Essential Skills & Experience

* Knowledge of brazing, CNC machining, or similar processes.
* Proven ability to support new process setup and standardisation.

* Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 environments.
* Formal qualification in Manufacturing or Engineering (HNC/HND).
* Experience leading or contributing to Lean or 5S initiatives.
What We Offer
* Opportunity to help shape a new, modern manufacturing operation from the ground up.
* Monday–Friday daytime hours – no shifts or weekends.
* Competitive salary and benefits package.
* A supportive team environment where ideas and improvement are encouraged.
