The posting indicates an opportunity to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant to join our committed and high quality SEND team.
The post holder will work alongside the SENDCo and Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support students with additional needs both in lessons and through additional interventions. They will work hard to ensure that all children in the school excel from whatever their starting point, and will be fully committed to going above and beyond to ensure our students receive the very best in terms of opportunity, education and care.
The growth and development of our Multi-Academy Trust makes this an excellent opportunity to join us, as we seek to serve a growing number of young people across the region.
Responsibilities
* Work with students in order to improve the quality of learning and foster the participation of students in the social and academic aspects of academy life.
* Support students with additional needs both in lessons and through additional interventions, alongside the SENDCo and Level 2 Teaching Assistants.
