This position sits within Hosting and Service Platforms, reporting directly to the Cloud Enablement Lead. You will play a key role in helping our Cloud Platform consumers onboard efficiently, leverage established patterns and constructs, and access expert guidance across AWS, Azure, and container platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, enhancing our cloud capabilities and supporting all platform consumers.
You’ll be at the forefront of delivering Infrastructure as Code (IaC), technical assurance, and cloud expertise to market development teams. In addition, you’ll collaborate with peers in the Cloud Platform teams to improve services and automation, ensuring the best possible developer experience.
As a team leader, you will guide and support a group of Cloud Engineers through complex technical challenges, mentor them in career development, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture. Your responsibilities will include setting clear objectives, delegating tasks based on individual strengths, and maintaining regular communication to keep the team aligned. You’ll monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, manage performance reviews, and act as the primary liaison between your team and other departments to ensure smooth project delivery and resource coordination.
Skills and Experience
* Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning, Ansible for configuration management, Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps for end‑to‑end automation.
* Extensive experience with AWS and Azure services, including cloud architectural principles such as the Well‑Architected Framework.
* Expertise in developing and enhancing cloud capabilities, providing subject matter expertise, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
* Ability to apply established patterns and blueprints to streamline onboarding and optimize cloud resource management.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables for your team.
