Salary: A GBP 100,000 per annum + benefits

With strong backing at a senior finance level and a clear vision for the future, we are recruiting for a Head of Finance who can step in, take control, and drive the finance department into a new phase of excellence. Reporting directly to the senior Finance Leadership team, this is a high:impact role for someone who thrives in transformation. As Head of Finance, you will stabilise, strengthen, and modernise the finance function, putting in place the structure, processes, and discipline needed for the business to scale confidently. The ideal candidate for the role of Head of Finance
* Full accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Experience leading a finance team through change, turnaround, or rapid improvement
* A balance of technical strength and commercial acumen
* High resilience, a direct communication style, and a proactive mindset
* A track record of implementing better processes, systems, and controls
* Confidence to challenge, influence, and lead from the front
