The purpose of the post:
* To ensure compliance with the 14-16 Protocol of Provision
* Be responsible for promoting good student attendance, punctuality and discipline
* To lead on key curriculum-related processes
* To supervise PN and other agency staff to support high quality teaching and learning To be the lead IV for the curriculum area as appropriate
* To develop links with external agencies which enrich the curriculum
* To manage annually agreed key project/s
* Assist the Director in setting and meeting programme area targets including student numbers, full cost targets and course viability
