The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing various paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, budget management, optimization, and reporting, with experience handling media spends of different sizes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients on TikTok & Meta platforms
* Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, serving as their main contact
* Developing and executing influencer partnership strategies to foster client growth
* Creating innovative TikTok Shop strategies to boost growth and revenue for clients
* Managing TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring smooth integration of paid, organic, affiliate, and live content
* Advising clients on TikTok Shop best practices to optimize storefronts and shoppable content
* Providing creative feedback for client campaigns
* Serving as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients
* Briefing content teams and collaborating with in-house and freelance TikTok creators and influencers
* Planning budgets and proposing new business opportunities
* Managing and developing a team of Account Managers and Executives
What you’ll bring:
* Expertise in TikTok, with a deep understanding of the platform
* Proactive relationship-building skills, with willingness to travel for client meetings
* Agency experience with a proven track record of managing successful accounts
* Knowledge of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate programs
* Leadership experience in managing teams
* Passion for working on paid campaigns
* Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
* Experience creating effective media plans
* Background working with multiple brands, either in-house or at an agency
* Strong creative sense that drives conversions
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Understanding of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support or advisory skills for live productions
* Experience managing or advising on TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including outreach and performance tracking
