PA to Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary – 12 month fixed term contract

Purpose of Role:
You will be responsible for providing an efficient, proactive and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical service to the Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary and, as required, administrative support to Head Office based Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Focus Area: Provide an efficient, proactive and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical service to the Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary and, as required, administrative support to Head Office based Legal Team.
· Focus Area: Complex and proactive diary management, including assessing priority of meetings and scheduling to avoid diary conflicts.
· Focus Area: Management of all travel arrangements for the Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary, including visas, accommodation and itineraies.
· Focus Area: Establishing and maintaining a regular schedule of internal one-to-one meetings for direct reports and Chief Executive/Group Executive peer group; co-ordination of Group Executive meetings including agendas, booking v.c facilities, logistics planning for overseas travel including travel itineraries and uploading papers to Diligent Board Books.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
· A proven track record of leading change communications in a multi-year global, organisation-wide business transformation, devising and executing communications plans
· Ability to manage communications in a matrix organisation with multiple internal stakeholders
· An excellent and persuasive communicator, including written skills, confident presentation skills and the ability to gain the respect of colleagues at all levels
· Knowledge of Change management methodology is essential e.g. Prosci and qualification is desirable
