An opportunity has arisen for a Dietitian based at Ailsa Hospital. You will join our community team of Dietitians and Assistant Practitioners who cover South Ayrshire. Nutritional care is provided to GP Practice clinics, associated domiciliary visits and local Care Homes.
What You Will Do: Provide a generalist clinical service, deliver education & training for the multi-disciplinary team and condition related groups. Support uni-professional and Paramedic practice placements.
Requirements:
* Degree/Post-grad Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics
* Registered Dietitian (HCPC)
* Experience, competence & skills in a variety of conditions & settings particularly stroke rehabilitation
* Knowledge of relevant National Clinical & Professional Strategies/Standards & Guidelines
Hours and Location: Up to 37 hours per week, currently based in Ailsa Hospital with a potential move to Prestwick. Opportunity for working from home and flexible working.
UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership is essential to this role.
