Location: Surrey
Salary: £45,000

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our skilled workshop team, working on high-end bespoke joinery projects for residential, commercial, and fit-out schemes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in producing precision-made joinery to the highest standards, from reading technical drawings through to final assembly and finishing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture bespoke joinery items including cabinets, doors, panels, staircases, and other custom furniture.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings, cutting lists, and specifications.
* Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately.
* Assemble, finish, and quality-check products to ensure they meet project specifications.
* Work collaboratively with the workshop and site teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner in a workshop environment (high-end or bespoke joinery preferred).
* Strong ability to read and interpret detailed joinery drawings.
* Skilled with woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
