Operations Manager

Salary dependant on experience – up to £50k per annum
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Zenco team and help drive the business forward and oversee the day-to-day processes and strategic growth.
As a business we provide both legal services and marketing services for our own business and for our clients. We merge marketing with software and automation.
The ideal candidate for us will have a background within either marketing or software development with experience on leading projects from concept to completion and the ability to align operational efficiencies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and optimise business operations across each department to ensure efficiency and scalability.
* Partner with the managing director to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
* Lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
* Analyse and improve workflows, systems, and processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align operational strategies with brand positioning, campaign execution, and opportunities.
* Lead, coach, and support team members to ensure alignment with company goals and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in operations or office management, with proven success in streamlining processes and driving growth.
* A background within marketing or software development would be really useful as the business merges marketing with the digital world.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in change management and scaling business operations.
