Responsibilities
* Support pupils in lessons through adapted tasks and guided support.
* Deliver structured interventions and learning activities.
* Assist with behaviour support and emotional regulation.
* Maintain clear communication with teaching staff and SENCO.
* Support pupils across the Richmond school day.

* SEN support experience or relevant training.

* Strong interpersonal skills and reliability.
