HSEQ Advisor
Reporting to – Head of Health and Safety
Location - Remote with travel across the UK and NI
Full time (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week)
Salary - £32,000 - £43,000 + 4k car allowance, and mileage paid to national standards. (dependant on experience)

The Job:
This newly created role is to add to our three HSEQ Auditors/ Advisors who will assist the company in ensuring the highest levels of compliance within our supply chain, build partners and amongst our own operational team. This role will predominantly cover the Service Delivery operation UK & NI, supporting in all disciplines of HSE and Q. The role is a real opportunity to create and own departmental compliance management systems and be a key influencer in the operation. The role reports directly into the Head of Health and Safety.
As part of the HSEQ Team, you will consistently support the business throughout its day-to-day business and ensure compliance is both monitored and improved through audits, site visits and liaising with our Install partners and other stakeholders.
The Essentials:
* Experienced telecoms compliance practitioners with install delivery bias
* Safety practitioners who are comfortable with remote working and 4 days travelling per month and happy to cover all UK & NI project areas (likely 2 overnight stay per month);
* Those ready to challenge and be challenged whilst learning in a fast-moving young business and be a team player.
* 2 years’ experience in similar roles or roles in telecoms industry.
* NEBOSH Certificate (or working towards certification).
* Experienced risk assessor and author of Safe Systems of Work.
* Full Driving License (clean).
* Experience in a compliance-based role preferably telecoms, transient mobile engineering.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills particularly at the operational forefront.
* Good remote presentation skills
* Proficient in all Microsoft packages particularly in excel and PowerPoint.
* Comfortable with overnight stays when required.
* Autonomous attitude and solutions focused.
