Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established business based in Nottingham seeking a German speaking Customer Care Advisor to join their expanding team.

Skills & Experience
* Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in German essential
* Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
* Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
* Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
* Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
