Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join its Client’s Children With Disabilities (CWD) team at Wolverhampton.
What will your responsibilities be?
Undertaking Single AssessmentsWorked creatively to craft packages of support that meet the needs of the child and their family in partnership considering wider family, community resources and local authority servicesUndertaking regular review via Children In Need reviews, Looked after Child ReviewsAllocating caseload and duty systemUndertaking Single Assessments applying the assessment triangle and any such matrices that indicate levels of support applied by individual local authoritiesWorking creatively to craft packages of support that meet the needs of the child and their family in partnership considering wider family, community resources and local authority services, funding or Direct PaymentsUndertaking regular review via Children In Need reviews, Looked after Child Reviews (Pathway Planning post 16) or Core Groups if in the Child Protection arenaSupporting Newly Qualified Social Workers with the complexity of their cases Benefits:
