Your role will include:
1. Leading whole-class lessons when teachers are absent, following planned work
2. Providing one-to-one and small group interventions to boost progress
3. Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities across the curriculum
4. Supporting teachers with assessment and pupil progress tracking
5. Maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment
What we’re looking for:
6. HLTA status or equivalent qualification
7. Classroom experience across different year groups
8. Strongmunication and behaviour management skills
9. A proactive, flexible approach to supporting learning
