One of the UK’s most inspiring and well-known faith-based organizations is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join the team at Hadleigh Training Centre in Essex.
Hadleigh Training Centre has been providing training opportunities for adults with additional support needs. Currently, approximately [number] trainees attend the centre, following personalized pathways to meet various outcomes. All training aims to maximize progression, whether in vocational skills or transferable life skills such as motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
The Training Centre Assistant Manager will oversee understanding and monitoring of all contractual and compliance requirements for funded trainee placements. You will lead the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure these requirements are met and documented. This includes creating guidance materials and delivering training to support the HTC team. Additionally, you will monitor operational expenditure and income against the HTC budget and provide regular financial performance reports.
Candidate Requirements:
* Passion for developing and delivering transformative training programmes, with successful experience supporting adults with additional needs.
* Proven success in delivering training programmes that meet contractual requirements.
* Strong understanding of adult social care funding streams, with the ability to monitor expenditure and produce accurate, timely financial reports.
* Experience in leading and managing staff, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
