Under the direction of the Early Years Setting Manager, the successful candidate will work as part of the team to provide safe high-quality education and care for all children attending the setting.
* A caring attitude and genuine desire to work with children
* Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education is essential and ideally, experience of working in a childcare environment.
* Empathy with and the ability to work within the Christian ethos and aims of The Salvation Army is required.
