Service Advisor needed in Ripon
1. Basic Salary of up to £26,000.
2. OTE c. £30,000.
3. Working Hours - 42.5 Hours (Monday - Friday) / Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
4. Our client is seeking applications from customer-driven, self motivated individuals with a proven track record as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
5. Experience using Kerridge desirable.

Our client, a reputable automotive retailer, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy team in Ripon.
What will the successful Service Advisor do?
8. Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone.
9. Book appointments and schedule work for the workshop team.
10. Provide accurate quotations for services.
11. Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
12. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
13. Liaise with the workshop team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
14. Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise
The successful Service Advisor will have:
15. Experience acting as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
16. Confidence using Kerridge.
17. A considered approach to customer service.
18. Customer relations experience.
19. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
20. IT competency.
