Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire
Work Pattern: Fully onsite
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented Digital Marketer to join a growing business in a niche, fast-paced, and highly rewarding role.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, monitor online performance, and contribute to the overall strategy to enhance our digital presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement various online marketing initiatives across websites, social media, and paid advertising channels.
You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to drive growth and improve marketplace performance within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Campaigns: Manage and track performance of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). Assist in budget management and optimize campaign performance by monitoring metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
2. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign metrics. Prepare reports to evaluate success and suggest improvements.
3. Collaboration & Support: Work with the business development team and other departments to execute cohesive digital strategies.
4. Campaign Execution & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including the website and paid advertising channels.
5. Drive Revenue: Develop strategies to increase revenue through the eCommerce channel, tracking and optimizing the customer journey.
6. Product Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings for high search visibility and conversion.
7. Website and SEO Support: Assist in managing website content, ensuring it is current, and optimize landing pages for conversions. Support SEO efforts with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing with a proven record in paid search and SEO, and experience in growing sales and profitability.
2. Skills: Strong commercial acumen, SEO knowledge for e-commerce, data analytics, and online advertising.
3. Tools & Software: Experience with Semrush, Google Analytics 4, and similar tools.
4. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5. Traits: Highly organized, analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
6. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
