Role Overview:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting management and operational teams, ensuring that administrative processes are streamlined, accurate, and timely. This is a fast-paced role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to management and team leaders.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
* Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other operational documentation.
* Monitor and organise internal processes to ensure smooth workflow across the call centre.
* Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining training records.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Act as a point of contact for internal queries, escalating issues when necessary.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a busy office or call centre environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable:
* Experience supporting management or senior staff.
* Knowledge of call centre operations or CRM systems.
* Previous experience with reporting and data management.
Salary: £26,000 – £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
