As Learning & Development Advisor, you’ll create and facilitate workshops and learning experiences that translate complex business and change concepts into practical, learner-focused sessions. What you’ll be responsible for; Designing and delivering impactful change readiness workshops and learning experiences Facilitating engaging learning sessions that support individuals and teams through change Partnering with stakeholders to understand change impacts and learning needs across the organisation Translating complex change and business concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences Creating psychologically safe learning environments that encourage participation, reflection, and open discussion Evaluating learning effectiveness and continuously improving content and delivery approaches What we’re looking for You’ll be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in evolving environments. You’ll be a strong team player who builds trust quickly and can confidently facilitate sessions with a range of audiences. Essential: Experience in learning and development, training, facilitation, or organisational development Proven ability to design and deliver engaging workshops or training programmes Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to create psychologically safe learning environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence working in change environments and supporting people through uncertainty Knowledge of current L&D trends and practices Experience delivering change-related learning Knowledge of change management methodologies and models Desirable: Experience with virtual and blended learning delivery Experience in profession/financial type services or other regulated environments Ability to create eLearning content and manage learning through an LMS Accredited Insights Discovery practitioner (accreditation can be funded if not currently held) Experience managing supplier relationships Hybrid working This role offers a genuine mix of face-to-face and virtual learning delivery. You’ll be based from our client's head office in Carlisle, with hybrid working available, and you’ll be provided with the tools and equipment you need to work from home when required.
