Job Description
* Lead supplier negotiations and contract implementation
* Manage supplier performance, risk, and cost-reduction initiatives
* Support new product development and continuous improvement
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
* Handle supplier audits, PPAP, and quality-related problem-solving

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* A proactive problem-solver who can identify trends and implement long-term, sustainable solutions
* Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
* Experience managing UK and international suppliers
* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cost savings
* Experienced in driving continuous improvement initiatives
