Job Title: Youth Support and Inclusion Programme Assistant Department: Support and Inclusion Reports to: Youth Support Manager Direct Reports: N/A Location: Hybrid working - home based with occasional travel to London and Lingfield, Surrey, and some national travel Hours of Work: Part-time (30hrs) Salary: £29,019 per annum (FTE), £23,528 pro-rated (based on 30 hours) AYR/TTO: All year round, permanent Closing Date: Tuesday 18th November 2025. About the Role This is an exciting time to be joining Young Epilepsy’s Support and Inclusion team as we start delivering our new 2025-2030 organisational strategy. You’ll be working across two teams as a key point of contact for young people with epilepsy, their families and a variety of professionals to ensure children and young people with epilepsy feel informed, confident and fully included so they can live ambitious and fulfilled lives. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support across projects, events, and activities. From liaising with families to update case records and organise online and in-person events, to communicating with education professionals and updating our inclusion resources, you’ll be central to keeping things running smoothly.
