We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Sales & Marketing Director to join a dynamic, fast-growing hospitality business. This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving commercial growth, identifying new revenue streams, and developing innovative strategies to expand their portfolio.

* Lead new business initiatives, from concept to delivery
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to drive strategic decisions
* Oversee commercial performance, analysing data to track success

* Strong track record in business development, revenue growth, and strategic planning
