What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Academic Portfolio Coordinator, on a permanent basis, to support the establishment and ongoing success of the Universitys Academic Portfolio Lifecycle, including new programme/module design and approval, and existing programme/module monitoring and review.
* Working collaboratively with Faculties, academic and professional services colleagues to provide advice, support and guidance regarding policies, processes, strategies, projects and initiatives relating to programme design, development, approval and monitoring.
* Coordinating administrative/secretarial activities of central University events/committees in relation to programme development and approval.
* Maintaining oversight of curriculum management data hygiene on the Universitys student records system (SITs).
Qualifications/ Experience
* Knowledge of quality assurance processes relating to curriculum design, development, approval and monitoring.
* Knowledge of current national contexts relating to the design, development and monitoring of academic programmes in Higher Education.
* Experience in coordinating and contributing to committees, panels, and working/stakeholder groups.
