As a Commercial Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our project delivery team, overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of major developments—often worth millions. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will drive performance, manage risk, and ensure value at every stage of the project lifecycle.

What you'll be doing
As a Commercial Manager, You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading the commercial delivery of projects from tender through to completion.
* Managing contracts, procurement strategies, and supply chain relationships.
* Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, CVRs, and commercial reports.
* Driving value engineering and digital innovation in cost planning.
* Overseeing risk and opportunity management, disallowed costs, and dispute resolution.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure commercial success.
* Mentoring and developing commercial staff, supporting their journey to professional qualification.
* Representing the company in client meetings and promoting our values and behaviours.
You’ll also play a key role in recruitment, training, and engagement with schools and universities to support future talent.
Who we're looking for
We’re Seeking a Commercially Astute Leader With
* A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
* Chartered membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB.
* Proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and drive results.
* A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
* A deep understanding of governance, cost engineering, procurement, and project controls.
