They are seeking a Java Technical Lead to play a key role in shaping technical direction, leading the team, contributing to strategic decisions, and building greenfield products from the ground up.
⚙️The Role:
* Take ownership of a core transformation project, rearchitecting and rebuilding one of the company’s flagship products, ensuring zero customer downtime
* Lead and mentor a team of 4 software engineers and a product manager, ensuring a positive and high-performing engineering culture.
* Lead from the front as a hands-on engineer alongside leadership responsibilities
âś…Java Technical Lead requirements:
* Strong coding skills in Java (ideally with Spring Boot or Micronaut) and JavaScript/TypeScript
* Comfortable working with complex legacy systems and improving existing codebases
* Skilled at mentoring and motivating team members while building a positive, growth-focused culture
* Confident in making technical decisions and contributing to the evolution of a simpler, future-ready architecture
