Monday Matters Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a new and fast-growing automotive parts supplier based in Sheerness. Our client is focused on delivering excellent service, reliable supply, and strong relationships with trade and retail customers across the region.
We’re looking for a Parts Advisor who thrives in a busy, phone-based environment and enjoys helping customers get exactly what they need — quickly, accurately, and with a smile.
The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll spend the majority of your time handling customer enquiries over the phone, providing expert advice, identifying the right parts, and processing orders efficiently. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, excellent product knowledge, and a calm, professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from trade and retail customers, identifying and supplying the correct automotive parts.

Process orders accurately via the phone, email, and internal systems.
*
Liaise with suppliers to check stock, pricing, and delivery times.
*
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and vehicle applications.
*
Ensure all customer queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
*
Support the smooth running of the parts department, including stock control and admin tasks.
About You:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within a motor factors environment is preferred.
*
Strong telephone communication and customer service skills are essential.
*
Good knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive systems.
*
Confident using stock control or ordering software.
*
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
*
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
*
Full UK driving licence (advantageous but not essential).
