Role Description
We\'re looking for a compassionate, organised manager to lead our prison-based workshop in HMP Kirkham. The Prison Workshop Manager will oversee the supervision of team members, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations. Daily tasks will include managing work schedules, monitoring performance, coordinating with prison staff, and maintaining quality control. The manager will also be responsible for inventory management, meeting production targets, providing training and support to team members, and contributing to the rehabilitation of participants through work-based learning and development.
Qualifications
* Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership
* Law Enforcement and Physical Security experience
* Ability to work on-site in HMP Kirkham
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in rehabilitation or social impact programs is a plus
* Relevant certifications or training in security or management fields are advantageous
