Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and demonstrating the required skills, there will be the opportunity to progress into a permanent Internal Recruitment Coordinator role, continuing your development within the recruitment team.

You will be mentored and supported by an experienced Internal Recruitment Coordinator, who will guide you as you develop your recruitment knowledge, confidence and professional skills.

You must be able to handle constructive feedback and learn from it with a positive approach.
