Job Title: Maintenance Assessor Location: Sunderland Working Hours: Flexible - Part time considered. Contract: Contract Reports to: NRL’s Head of Delivery Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled maintenance specialist to work as part of NRL’s delivery team, responsible for hiring a number of Maintenance Technicians for the impressive new Giga Plant against an agreed workforce schedule. Based on site at the plant in Sunderland, the suitable candidate will be the interface between Hiring Managers and NRL’s Recruitment Support team. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing maintenance background and have experience of recruitment within this environment as well as a strong background in building relationships with potential candidates and key stakeholders. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work on the region’s milestone net zero project. Accountabilities/ Responsibilities Collaborate with NRL’s wider Recruitment Team to review CVs. Assess suitability of CVs against role profile. Co-ordinate and schedule walk arounds and interviews in line with the recruitment schedule. Conduct site walk arounds and relevant technical assessments. Carry out interviews and score candidates against an agreed matrix. Provide feedback on candidates. Build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers, key stakeholders and colleagues. Review and manage candidate selection. Assist with candidate onboarding. Represent NRL at meetings as required. Provide support to the on-going development of the recruitment procedures, providing feedback and assisting with any necessary changes. Work against agreed KPI’s and produce reports in line with deliverablesWho Are We Looking For?
