Receptionist - The Spa at Beckenham - Beckenham, London
Salary: £24,570 FTE (pro rata)
Job Type: 6 hours on a Saturday

Key Duties:
* To administer course enrolments, bookings using computerised and manual systems.
* To answer inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed
* To administer the hire equipment and deposit system.
* To log and report all customer complaints and feedback and any other areas of concern to the Duty Manager.
* To monitor admissions of everyone entering the facility and adhere to access control procedures.
* Close down or open the department when on the relevant shift, in accordance with our company’s procedures.
* Fully support and promote all Mytime Active Programmes, events and challenges and memberships.
* Promote and cross-sell other services provided within the centres, to encourage customers to participate other activities, e.g: swimming, group exercise and Golf.
Role requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the leisure or golf industry.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
* Basic IT knowledge and experience in operating a booking system.
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a busy environment.
