Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to join a leading social housing contractor covering occupied properties across South London.
Role Overview:
1. Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
2. Diagnose faults and complete works to a high standard
3. Work independently across Lambeth, Southwark and nearby postcodes
4. Provide excellent customer service to tenants
5. Temp to perm opportunity with long-term stability
Requirements:
6. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent plumbing qualification
7. Experience working within social housing (preferred)
8. Full UK driving licence
9. Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
