We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accommodation Operations Manager to join one of our Accommodation Service Operations Teams.
As an Assistant Accommodation Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Accommodation Operations Team, Accommodation Services Team, university Support Teams, Resident Students and visitors and contractors to the university, to ensure that timely and efficient planned and reactive support is provided to student occupiers and supporting building management. You will also be expected to work within the team and independently and use your judgment to deal with daily queries.
The Campus Services department oversees Student Accommodation, Events, Catering and Sports, and is focused on adding value to the university community and student experience by providing an exemplary service and delivering quality products and services to exceed customers’ expectations, whilst delivering a financial surplus so that the university can reinvest in achieving its strategic purpose, vision and ambition. The residential experience is recognised as a critical element of student life at the University of Lincoln; accordingly, over the last few years, the University embarked on a transformational change programme and now manages and controls multiple Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) bed spaces all either on, or very close to our Brayford campus in Lincoln.
