HRS Healthcare - we are now recruiting for two Executive Recruiters for our Permanent Agency Division.
This role will involve a mixture of running a warm desk with existing clients
as well as developing new relationships with clients within the Health & Social
care sector. Focusing on more senior vacancies
(salaries £40K+).
About the role
1. Client
Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships
with clients within the Health & Social Care Sector, understanding their
needs, effectively and proactively communicating and collaborating throughout
the recruitment process.
2. Candidate
Management - Sourcing for suitable candidates using a
variety of tools, job boards, social media and networking events to identify
and reach out to potential candidates. Maintaining active relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment
process, including negotiating offers and successful start for the candidate.
3. Market
Analysis – Staying up to date on market trends within
the sector, salary benchmarks, changes to legislation in order to add value
to both your clients and candidates.
4. Autonomy
to grow your own desk whilst
working towards clearly defined targets.
Requirements
About you
5. You
will have recent agency recruitment experience within the health or
social sector.
6. Proven sourcing skills, as this will be key to your success, the type of candidates we place won't necessarily be applying for jobs.
7. You
will have previously run a successful perms desk (account management as
well as business development ) and be able to evidence this.
8. Strong verbal
and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and gain trust.
9. Time
management, able to prioritise your time effectively whilst
managing multiple clients and candidates at any given time.
10. Strong work
ethic with a passion for recruitment, this is a targeted role, so you
must be self -driven to achieve the goals agreed.
11. Strong IT
skills – able to use the latest technology in order to support your
natural recruitment skills.
12. You
will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

£40,000 base depending on experience plus an attractive commission
package.

hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, office base is
Whitstable, Kent (min of 3 days per week in the office).
