Manufacturing Coordinator / Controller / Administrator
Salary: basic salary of up to £35,000 (potentially negotiable for the right person)

Manufacturing Coordinator
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing controller / administrator to join a successful medical engineering and manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Aylesbury.
The manufacturing controller / administrator will be responsible for managing the administration in a variety of key business areas. You will be dealing with the companies works orders (raising documentation, allocating, and closing), dealing with purchase orders, working with suppliers and booking in stock, as well as raising sales orders and some basic invoicing. You will also be involved in the administration and paperwork for repairs and planning production timeframes and builds. Although this sounds very fell on, a large amount of this is simple and semi-automated but it does require someone with a strong eye for detail.
The manufacturing controller will be someone with some experience in a multi-functional administration role, ideally from a background in manufacturing or production. You will need to be good with IT systems, and able to pick up new ones quickly. Great communication skills are key, as well as being generally reliable. They currently use SAGE for most of their systems, however this might be changing within the next year or two.
Manufacturing Controller Requirements
* Administrative experience within a production / manufacturing / engineering company is beneficial
* Experience dealing with works orders, production planning, purchase orders, invoicing and dispatch
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to keep clear, accurate and traceable records
* Driven and reliable
